The role is designed for someone with a real passion for infrastructure, automation and the management of complex environments. We value thoughtfulness, a results-oriented mindset, teamwork and effective communication, especially when working with clients and B2B partners.
Responsibilities
- System administration on Unix-like environments, including Linux distributions and, where needed, FreeBSD.
- Support for DevOps activities across automation, containerization, CI/CD and infrastructure work.
- Operational scripting with Bash and Python.
- Management of virtualized and containerized environments, with particular attention to Docker.
- Direct collaboration with the team and clients on troubleshooting, operational improvements and documentation.
Required skills
- Unix-like systems: Linux, FreeBSD or equivalent environments.
- Docker, virtualization and solid networking fundamentals.
- GitHub or equivalent Git workflows.
- Bash and Python for automation and scripting.
- English at least B2; language training support can be provided if needed.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as LPIC-1, CCNA or equivalent.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Trello or similar task management tools.
- Experience with Active Directory or integrations in mixed environments.
Onboarding and growth
The onboarding path includes an initial training and shadowing period of around 3-4 months. The goal is to gradually integrate the person into projects, making them autonomous in operational work and involved in technical decisions.
We prefer local candidates, but we also evaluate hybrid or remote collaborations for motivated profiles compatible with the work.
