Service
Cloud Infrastructure Management
We design, deploy, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure — from Kubernetes clusters on managed cloud to dedicated bare-metal servers — with a consistent focus on reliability, cost control, and full operational transparency.
What we do
The full infrastructure lifecycle
We cover every layer — from network and compute to container orchestration, observability, and cost optimisation.
We provision, harden, and operate Kubernetes clusters on EKS, GKE, bare metal, or Hetzner — with multi-tenancy, RBAC, network policies, and auto-scaling configured from the start.
Every resource defined in Terraform or Pulumi, every configuration in Ansible — version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and reproducible. No clickops, no knowledge locked in consoles.
We right-size compute, eliminate idle resources, implement spot/preemptible node strategies, and set up budget alerts — so you pay for what you use, not what you provisioned two years ago.
CIS benchmark compliance, network segmentation, secret rotation, container runtime security (Falco), and vulnerability scanning — integrated into operations, not bolted on after the fact.
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager — configured with signal-to-noise discipline. You get alerts that mean something and dashboards your on-call engineer will open during incidents.
When the cloud premium stops making sense, we design and operate dedicated server environments — including migrations from AWS/GCP with zero application changes. Read our case study.
Our approach
Infrastructure you understand and own
The most common infrastructure problem we encounter is not technical — it is opacity. Teams inherit systems nobody fully understands, running on providers that abstract away every failure signal. When something breaks, debugging means navigating dashboards that were configured by someone who left two years ago.
Our goal in every engagement is the opposite: infrastructure that is fully legible to the team who operates it. Every component is documented. Every alert is connected to a runbook. Every deployment is reproducible from a clean slate.
We achieve this by treating infrastructure as software — everything in version control, everything reviewed, everything testable. The IaC repositories we hand over are the source of truth, not a reflection of a console state.
No configuration lives outside version control. Recreating the full environment from scratch is a documented, tested process.
Written before go-live, tested during failure drills. Your on-call engineer has the information they need before they need it.
We avoid provider-specific lock-in wherever the trade-off makes sense. Moving to a different provider is a decision you can make, not a crisis.
We test HA failover, backup restoration, and node failure scenarios in staging before any production cutover.
What you get
Infrastructure that stays out of your way
The best infrastructure is the kind nobody talks about because nothing goes wrong.
Right-sized resources, no idle compute, and a billing structure you understand. No surprise invoices at the end of the month.
Multi-zone or multi-node setups with tested failover — not theoretical HA that has never been drilled.
Every service emits metrics, logs, and traces. Incidents are diagnosed in minutes, not hours of log archaeology.
Your environment can be recreated from Git. No single point of knowledge, no tribal configuration, no dependency on a specific person.
What does your infrastructure cost you — really?
We assess your current setup and tell you where the money and the risk actually are.
